White’s Smoked Salmon Tapenade

Ingredients

300 Grams Smoked Salmon Pieces

100 Grams Green Olives finely chopped

1 Clove Garlic finely chopped

Grated rind and juice of 1 Lemon

1/3 Cup Basil Leaves finely chopped

1/3 Cup Spinach finely chopped

1 Cup Chick Peas lightly crushed

Smoked 5 Fritter Tapenade-000
Method

Process all ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Place in serving dish and serve with bread.
